Your data is stored on Google's servers via Firebase — a cloud platform provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. Data may be stored in data centres located in the European Union or the United States. Google's data handling practices are described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data associated with your account is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data at any time
• Correct inaccurate data via the app's Settings
• Delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you also have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Children's Privacy

BiathlonTM is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We take the security of your data seriously. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely within Google Firebase's infrastructure, which complies with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 standards.
